Exchange or Return of Goods
We want you to feel confident when shopping with ZonseFoni.
If the product is in good condition, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days from the date of delivery.
To keep this right valid, customers should take reasonable care of the product and its original packaging. However, if the device is damaged or destroyed through no fault of the customer, you may still request a return or refund.
Opening the package or checking the product to confirm it works correctly does not cancel your right to request a refund. A reduction in value caused only by inspection or testing does not automatically prevent a return.
Please contact us before returning any item so we can guide you through the process and avoid delays.
The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:
The complete product with all original accessories and components
The purchase receipt or proof of purchase
The warranty card (if provided)
A service report describing the defect, issued by the service department (if applicable)
The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation
